Karen Crumback

Karen comes to Women's World On Wheels with 15 plus years of development and fundraising experience in the nonprofit sector working with child advocacy, Multiple Sclerosis, Cystic Fibrosis, and Parkinson’s to name a few. She’s currently an advocate for those with medical challenges and the elderly.

 

This is her second stint in CO. She grew up in Michigan and traveled with Up With People for two years. After traveling, she moved to Denver for the first time. Since, she has lived in Houston, Chicago, and outside of Boston. She attended Northwestern University and received a certification in Philanthropy and Nonprofit Fundraising while in Chicago. She enjoys being with friends and family and volunteering.

 

Through the organizations she’s worked with and on a personal level, Karen strives to ensure individuals have the resources to have the best quality of life possible. She has a passion working with organizations she has a direct connection with. Karen has friends who are in wheelchairs, so this is close to her heart and she’s excited to be the Advisor of Philanthropy and Development of Women’s WOW.
